Travel WEST on Hwy 1, cross the 2nd Narrows Bridge. Take the SECOND exit which is Mount Seymour Parkway, this soon becomes Lilloet Road. Stay on Lilloet until Purcell Way, turn RIGHT (this is main entrance to Capilano College), at the first intersection turn RIGHT again - the SPORTSPLEX facility is at the end of this road. Capilano College is well signed.

Travel EAST on Hwy 1 past Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver and start down the hill towards the Second Narrows Bridge. Look for the Mount Seymour Parkway exit and take it if it is open -- then follow the instructions above. If the exit is closed due to construction (or you miss it) take the Deep Cove / Marine Drive Exit, turn left under the highway, and get back on the highway heading WEST. Take the first exit, which is Mount Seymour Parkway and proceed as detailed above.
